woot. new zealand totally rawkedass, was so much fun while teaching us so much more than any school (even BUTT) could ever give to students, we learnt the many goodnesses of our pretty lives :) and zomg e activities we did - totally awesome! LOVE NEW ZEALAND x3

yeah so we're back, w loads of mixed feelings. all e time we were complaining about coming back, claire & i loudly broadcasted e general-feelings message that - "oh no! i wanna stay in new zealand, dont wanna go back to spore, but also want to! but also dont want to! might as well stay here in nz right!" hahaha was worse when we left opc (sir edmund hillary outdoors pursuit centre, and yes, hillary is e first old guy who climbed everest) most of us broke down, kuz we all knew how much we were gonna miss everything about it. yeah, still miss opc, e fun activities, PETE, and yes, my bunkbed w claire, stale smelling as it was!

yes he was our teacher in charge. he's got my other 240 photos kuz my mem card kena jammed up full. shall post em up when i get them! ive some more of him doing so-not-teacher stuff :) waving like a monkey, brushing his teeth, doing haka pose (sufie has the classic photo) oh and doing agrojet!

yeah so day 1 to 3 we killed by loads of travelling and adjusting to e new time hahaha. the moment we stepped out of e airport, we got blasted in e face by 60 kmh winds, shock. and jass&i tramped around w our bags of chips biscuits and lollies from spore! we travelled from auckland to rotorua, and reached opc somewhere in e afternoon! was a really slack day, slept early after briefings. next day was local day! did flying fox (which some of us didnt do in obs) and climbed a tree to get pete's donkeh (its the one from shrek and keeps saying ARE WE THERE YET!) hahahaha LOVE.


day 4 mountain day! haha was veh tiring but we made it! climbed up about 2.5 km of thickly snow covered mountain, w claire leading. she's super fit, every time i looked up she was about 2 or 3 m in front of everyone else, or joanna chng, both of them were like ploughing through e snow while e rest of us died. ha and we made a snowhorse w boobs! (was supposed to be a snow woman, but e snowball for her face was too long so she resembled a horse w a HUGE chest. her chest was bigger than her face zomg) hahaha and we played snowball fights! pete threw a huge 40 cm diameter snowball at my face splunk guess what happened :) then claire threw a relatively painful one at his _____ aha.

day 5 caving day! goodness we squeezed through really tiny gaps in e rock. my helmet got stuck momentarily in one crack, was quite shocked, and rattled my head around trying to wedge it out hoho! and markshone was behind me, so he kept splashing water and sand and rocks at me, and pushed me into e water wahpiang =| so got a bit wet. so when we came out heiyi sheila and i piled water all over him. so he got drenched. HA. oh and there were these glow worms w their long threads of stuff, and then yonghui blew on one and destroyed it ): hahaha we had fun in there. oh and apparently you cant bring home rocks from new zealand! sheila said some people got real bad luck after doing so, so to be on e safe side, most of us didnt! quite sad, we actually got some real pretty ones LOVE.

day 6 overnight! woomphf, we climbed up ruapehu, some hundred metres up, thru rock and rock and more rock w some water thrown in and bush. were damn happy when we finally saw e veh unpronouncable whakapapaiti hut in front of us! and some more, we were e only grp to have warmth and shelter! i mean, adele was like we had to sleep in tents out in e bush and was raining so heavily (it was? HA see our hut's so good) we had to pee in e tents! (er, how'd you do that?) hahaha yeah and there was a fireplace!

oh yes and this guy called kelvin tan whos one of e organisers came w us up to whakapapaiti hut! was super toot can! he's so creepy, besides e fact that he spent half his time in e opc bunks strutting around wearing nothing but shorts, or a singlet too on lucky days, on day 3 he was like

kelvin: hi are you jayne chiang jieyi?
me: ER. yes.
kelvin: is your mom currie chiang and a doctor?
me: ER. yes? how on earth did you know!?
kelvin: oh my wife and her were good friends in med school.
me: oh er how cute thanks! (am shocked and wondering how he placed my face to my name)

so in e hut, us 9 girls took e warmer bunks plus fireplace room, and e 3 guy chers took e small cold side room moohaha. and our room included e kitchen, so could smell macaroni cheese and tomato soup cooking away! (sheila yonghui and heiyi were e only ones who could pull of cooking something that actually tasted like food. pete and markshone could too, but were too lazy) hahaha then we spent 3 hrs sitting around chatting animatedly, and we found out 37 yearold markshone isnt veh outdated and listens to oasis! and pete is pete zimmer, and he's german (duh) and his kids speak some german but not so impressively so.

then we kept singing really sad pop songs, kuz of e lovely soft glow of e one candle lighting up e whole room hahaha and the teachers totally couldnt sleep! so markshone came out to chat abit more first. then we blew out e candle @ 12 or so, and pete got his sleep. hahaha but pennymoo tianyu claire joanna and i couldnt sleep yet, unlike e other four, so we kept awake till 1 or so! then @ 1.30 everyone except me was snoring pwn. so i shuffled around trying to light e fire and figuring out how to get my sleeping bag out without waking e whole cabin hoho. was super cold! and in e morning, sheila and i ran out to e toilets, was super chilly, but we saw the mountains and forgot everything else haha so retarded.

day 7 we abseiled first! then markshone cheated tianyu and i kuz he never took the bimbo photo for two of us, but claimed he got interesting ones of us climbing down! anw was rather fun, i'd go abseiling someday soon if possible.

leaving opc ): we used up tissue boxes. hoho thinking back when we boarded e bus even pete's eyes were getting redder can! then so anticlimax claire pennymoo tianyu and i played bridge in e bus, and woke lye ai fern up and kena scold. tianyu keeps calling us geppers retarded hahaha. and we got to kiwipaka hostel! hahaha quite comfy, forgot to take pictures on my cam! ): we kept having really horny nights (three of them) kuz our room was super popular, we kept buying food (the main lure) and playing cards (second lure)! oh and finally kept tickling each other, esp pennymoo! who was screaming and running away to hide behind e beds, but we pulled her out. and tianyu uber funny everytime you poke her she'll rocket a couple feet into e air hoho :) i say nothing about my level of ticklishness. day 8 adventure day! we went zorbing lugeing swooping agrojetting freefalling and etcetcetcing! hahahaha super uber fun! and before that we went to watch some dogcowsheepduckman show (quotes jocelyn) at agrodome! hahaha jasmine spazzass took e milk from e bottle meant for the baby lambs! ew. hahahahaha and lugeing was cool when joanna joanna and i (yes the two joannas!) zoomed down e hill and tried to overtake people but got overtaken by angmoh homies instead, then on the ski lift back up after each ride we saw baby rabbits on e hill! oh and we took e gondola ride up w sabrina and shirley wong and boonie! hahahaha boonie kept warbling about funny stuff and shirley wong was well, being shirley wong the bimboh and sabrina was laughing away hoho :)











day 9 hahaha we visited maori village and watched mud jumping up and down in mud pools and huge geysers spouting away and maoris doing their dance thingthing hahaha and markshone was our chief (we saboed him) so he had to do stuff like interact w warriors and rub noses w them. have a classic photo of him rubbing noses but looked like he was kissing this maori hahaha! and then later we went to this artefacts place, but were veh interested in this frenchkissing couple at e entrance instead of said maori stuff. till the likes of sabrina shooed us in. oh and after that, shopping! melly claire jass sufen & i went crazy buying clothes upon clothes hahaha after spending 40 bucks on berms e day before, killed another 30 or so on blouse earrings necklace rings whatnot. hahah not as bad as jocelyn who spent 130 in the warehouse alone on clothes. and more clothes.







am hankering after tianyu's superkool ripcurl notebook! wanted to buy e nz 2007 diaries, they were SO awesome, but hahaha relented from killing my wallet further, and was too lazy to ask kelvin (eeek) to exchange money w me anyways. oh hoho then we had final briefing by nat and cui er (from obs!) and photo show by markshone! embarrassing peekchures. then some people started crying all over again, but this time i didnt kuz it was opc and pete i missed last time, not shopping and fooling around this time. but well, still. claire&i couldnt sleep so we walked around the compound till about 3 am at night, after hearing sabrina boonie shirleywong and mshone babbling and heehawing away for hours, when they were supposed to be asleep (later mshone revealed they slept at 4 am)

ahahahaha claire&i also snapped scandal photos of tianyu and melly at night when they were sleeping. oh the many things you never knew you did at night! x) hahahaha and there was like this whole bunch of legs tangled up that thankfully claire&i were not a part of hoho. SCANDAL. hahaha oh and we christened melly smelly! :) whoot.

day 10 pwn we left ): @ about 3 pm from auckland intl airport. double ): ohwell we did some crazy photowhoring first, was really sad, am still sad. i wish our programme was longer, even if we did miss everyone back home in spore, but now, we're missing nz so muchmuchmuch! ): ha anyway landed w yuechin and joanna lee (my stars are not blind, they're so darn luckeh) for e flight home, but spent about 5 of e 10 hrs out of my seat hanging around w sufen & jasmine and talking to mshone or sabrina when they came by. haahaha got told off by mshone for running around e plane kuz he heard yuechin and i babbling away abt this chikopek who tried to make us sit down w him upfront in e plane, and going back to find him again (from a few m away) juz to show jocelyn who he was.

we found out that boonie and his wife celebrate e anniversaries of their first smooch. and that mshone and his wife mutually agreed to marry, w out any actual lovestammerings hoho! :) we theorised he came to spore to look for his wife kuz he's like really short compared to e rest of london. oh and of course, to teach us physics and it! :) hahaha our teachers rawk.
